Been on hold

Been on hold for 53 minutes 4 times today. No one man's their phones. Tried at all different times of the day. Emailed and no response. I had by error continued to pay $700 into a ceased electricity account for 2 years. They didn't inform me it was sitting there. The issue was resolved. Money recredited but by the look of these reviews, they need to hire more staff. 4 hours wait isn't good service. Other companies don't take this long despite the busy billing period. Changed suppliers. Problem solved.
