Incompetent

This company sent you messages that they will come with the package and then do not deliver. They did this 3 times until I told them I have to cancel the order. They finally told me they had lost one of the tree packages. 
Can you believe that? The order was - 5 chairs and they lost one of the package? A big one. Hmmm, where is that small package? How incompetent?
