The only thing going for this place is coffee.
The high ratings and number of reviews is a reflection of a once institutional dining spot. However they haven't changed the menu for two years and it was basic and uninspiring. The quality has slipped to edible but no flavour.
Their version of "smashed avo" consisted of icy cold tasteless avo, you have to wonder whether it was frozen.
Coffee is fine, prices are fine but definitely skip it if you want a true Melbourne experience.
