Callous attitude

The store could not even handle the shipment of the returned goods. Callous attitude from the staff towards online purchase, did not provide me the receipts and does not possess the tracking number for returned item. Given the fact that they host a store in Santana row I was expecting some professionalism. Nevertheless, you are better off visiting other store location.
