I purchased Microsoft Home & Office 2021 but had issues using it. It required that I sign in but it wouldn’t recognize my email address. I did an online chat that lasted for 3 hours. Even with evidence of my purchase and my key they had no record of the purchase and no solution. They agreed I did buy it but I was advised I would have to contact another department to see if I could make a case to receive another license key. I wouldn’t buy from the Microsoft Store again.
