Really poor service!

I don't understand why it takes 5-6 business days to clear a queue (deposited at a GSB branch, drawn from NAB), when everyone else is 3 business days, why? Also it seems almost impossible to talk to anyone online or on the phone. Plus I agree the staff at the branches are general arragent and rude. When you add the branch closures, it all adds up to we don't care or want your business. Services have slipped to an unacceptable level, its a shame the CUA has become such an awful bank!
