No Priority Check in or Boarding Provided

We paid for priority check in and priority boarding which was not provided at the airport. Volotea simply does not provide this service but charge for it. We asked the support team over and over again about how we could add an extra 5Kg to our checked bags and they said to do it online but no matter how many times we told them there was nowhere to do this they never responded.
