Shambles

I've had a fault with my Samsung fridge/freeze for nearly 3 weeks, firstly they said it wasn't under warranty even though I had an email from them confirming a 5 year warranty. Once this was resolved I keep getting calls from their support team asking me the same questions about fault finding which I've already answered, then they ask when I would like an engineer visit which I reply ASAP, a couple of days later I get another call asking the same questions and asking when I would like an engineer visit. The level of support is an insulting shambles, I will never buy a Samsung product again.
Adding to this, the fact Samsung haven't even bothered to claim this trust pilot page and actually response to their customers just shows how they don't even care about their customers.
