No customer service

Was supposed to get discount for first few months. Was charged full price from get go.

They direct debited my account without permission and without sending me a bill first.

They no longer take service requests over the phone. It has to be online. They guarantee response within 24 hours. They have had my request now for 4 days and still have not responded.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Save yourself the headache and find another provider instead.
