Refunds are almost impossible now

I love how before if I didn't receive an item, they'd refund it right away. But now I'm getting the "24 to 48 hours" bs that every company does now in which I may never get the email they are talking about to never receive the refund for an item I never received. I don't know what happened to the customer service as of late but I don't have the patience to deal with this site anymore if this is how they're going to start doing people. Bad, just bad. The site went completely downhill after it was taken over by whoever bought it out.
