Unreliable delivery data, poor communication.
I have placed two orders with them. In the first instance 2 items took 8 weeks to arrive, and one item never showed. Nor could they give me a delivery date. Cancelled it.
Second order, "will leave us Wednesday and be with you before the end of the week". No. Sent an email to ask about delivery, no response. Called and was advised computer "not available, I'll be back on line this afternoon, I'll check and call you back". No. Second call, same response. Since I'll be travelling now, I've had to change the delivery address, assuming it ever gets delivered. Despite their website appearance I suspect this is one man and his dog, totally out of their depth. I'll stick with Mustang maniac in future.
