Driver didn't even bother ringing the bell

Package was unable to be delivered, despite me waiting at home for it. Driver claimed to have rung the intercom, but they didn't. Other deliveries the same day were able use the intercom fine, so clearly they didn't bother. I asked the customer service why they didn't call me, and they said the drivers are self employed with their own phones. Clearly the drivers are unmotivated and have an incentive to just pretend to deliver and send stuff back to the depot. Couldn't rearrange delivery until 3 days later. Absolutely hopeless.
