American has stopped trying

After only flying American for 30+ years I must say they have gone way downhill during the past year. They no longer have a phone for custservice. The only option is to submit an electronic request and that just generates canned rejection messages without ever knowing the issue. So sad to see how bad this airline has become and sadly I will no longer fly with them.
