This is a very misleading online retailer. They make false promises of guarantees and returns but nowhere to be seen when you have an issue and actually need to return the item. I made the mistake of not checking their TrustPilot reviews before I made the purchase - please do not make the same mistake. They operate like insurance companies - always say NO to customer claims.
