I wouldn’t buy from Etsy

I wouldn’t buy from Etsy . Never got my product delivered. Never got a refund. Their customer service are like puppets. They will always say they will transfer your case to a team. You will never hear from anyone. They only contact people via text may be because they know they are up to no good. The customer service even said I should contact the seller by mail. A company that has no control over its platform. I will never ever buy from them ever again.
