The site and app are well-designed

The site and app are well-designed, but I give them 2 stars because one cannot reach anyone at Etsy… question or comment not specifically related to a particular purchase or sale? Forget it, I dare you to try to get through their system unless you can enter specific info. Also a distressing trend in names of shops that are crude and rude (these are fabric and plant nursery shops). Sure, I can just not buy from those shops, but in scanning products it sours the shopping experience to come across them…wish there was an option for “don’t show me items from this shop”
