Christmas Tree fail

I had a friend order a Christmas tree for me online, as I was in Queensland, and was going back to Perth.
It was ordered on the 25th
Of November.
Today it got cancelled, the 7th of December.
Why take the order, if the tree cannot be supplied!
Now have totally lost interest, in even bothering to buy a tree.
