Terrible experience! I bought 3 items 3 weeks before December and even I payed for express delivery, I never received my package. I called the Contact Center and they just told me that they have to start an investigation and that I have to keep waiting. I explained my concern but they acted like robots not like people! They just told me that I have to keep waiting... I am leaving the country and that was a special gift to take in my trip, but Myer doesn't care about that, they just care to make sure you spend all your money! Its service in store (shoes section) and online is the worst service I've ever experienced in Australia!
