- Use of salespeople that constantly harass you to deposit Bitcoin with them which they convert to USD$
- Sales staff are very convincing and appear to be experienced traders with years of experience but their only objective is to have you deposit Bitcoin with them
- If you make a profit via their trading platform and then try to withdraw your money, the website displays large red banners saying something went wrong and to contact support
- At this point you are essentially on your own. Support never gets back to you and your trader ghosts you, and you have now lost all your money and your account with them no longer functions properly
