I lived in one of their homes for six years and thought they were great. I recently moved out, did everything they asked for cleaning but was unable to remove all the nails from the wall from pictures. I paid over $700 to have the house professionaly cleaned, carpets shampooed, and landscaping taken care of before turning in my keys. They kept my security over normal wear and tear and trumped up over $700 in charges for a laundry list of charges.
Do not rent from them. They lie about what they accept for moving out.
After reading my review they wanted to discuss my complaints with no offer to refund any of their bogus charges.
