The maintenance experience has gotten exponentially worse since 2015. This is the third house I've rented with Invitation Homes, and each has gotten progressively worse. I had 4 appointments for mold, I finally took care of it myself. I now have had 3 appointments for a washer and dryer that need to be replaced, but they keep throwing incompetence at it and wasting my time.
