Ordered a foundation powder from dior.com and it states online free 30 day returns. The powder was the wrong color and when I contacted the company was told they don’t do free exchanges. I would have to pay to return the product. Very rude customer service. Will shop at Sephora and Nordstrom’s but avoid Dior in the future!
