85% 1 star rating

Kind of says it all when there is 85% 1 star rating. My flight was delayed 4 hours without as much as a notification over the airport P.A. We were just left sitting waiting for a plane that never showed.
To make matters worse when I called to complain they kept conveniently disconnecting my calls and the live chat just left me sitting when I asked for a case id number for my complaint. Next stop is Dept fair trading.
Never again will I fly with them, I'd rather walk.
