No cancellation notice and shocking customer service

Never told about Cancellation and when I contacted them about it was told I could still go on my connecting flight and wait about, but the next available flight was over 2 weeks away. Just trying to lure people in and then hold onto some of the refund money. Gave them a chance but never again.
