Still haven’t got our credit back

With the Covid 19 in 2020, we couldn’t take the plane from NZ to Bali so Qantas transformed our money by a credit of points to use on our next reservation. They cancelled the total of our credit and when we call to the clients service they put us in waiting during a lot of time and never call back to give us a solution. We try to call Qantas many many times since almost 1 month.
We are very disappointed.
