Travel Card Nightmare!

Tried ringing to see where my travel money card was and was fobbed off by the people that answered the phone. Was told I had to provide identity documents and when I did they did not like the ones I sent (birth certificate and driver's licence) they demanded I display a utility bill to prove that I am me. This meant more time on hold (3 hours in total of my life that I will NEVER get back). I finally do what they ask and spend ages on hold again and they say they are having technical problems and they would call me back. They never did! They have terrible phone reception as the calls always hang up and I am constantly passed around and transferred to other people. Very poor communication.
