Purchase tickets in October 2019 for a trip to Australia flight for may 2020 and it was canceled due to coronavirus can’t get a hold of anybody to get a refund for canceled about $3000 lost to a company that has no customer care! I wouldn’t recommend Virgin Australia to anybody!!
