• Hello Solar quoted and took months to come to do the installation

• Hello Solar then changed their price because they had not allowed for the roof type, pitch, and angle towards the sun, despite being advised of all these factors

• Hello Solar then took another two months to do the installation

• Hello Solar then forgot to organize an electrician to sign off on the work and commission the system

• Once commissioned, Hello Solar then failed to provide the necessary paperwork to have the system connected to the grid

• During all of this Hello Solar’s staff did not return phones calls, texts or emails and when we finally pinned them down they made up absurd stories and excuses

• Despite this Hello Solar’s finance team hounded us constantly for payment and attempted to overcharge us twice

• Hello Solar’s management staff or owners (who knows) were completely indifferent about what had occurred and did not care about the delays and mistakes

Recommendation: Do not use Hello Solar in Australia for your solar panels, batteries, panels, or system as they will let you down and then harass you for money
