eBay just canceled my seller account

eBay just canceled my seller account due to "poor performance" after I made over 2,000 dollars in sales last year on their site. Their money-back guarantee for the buyer cost me over 200 dollars in shipping costs. I'm happy to be an eBay seller reject...the customer service is lacking.
