Shambles Part 2. No dial tone on landline. Automatic chat line useless. Eventually, talked through attaching cable that the third party 'installer' had left in the box, didn't work because I have a BT PHONE. I need to buy an adapter. Also, I can't keep my old number, which I requested at the time.
