First time user... prepaid in advance on my credit card for work to be completed. Awarded job to an artist, and the work was completed satisfactorily. Now the website will not allow me to approve the job to release funds to the artist without providing my photo ID and address. I am not comfortable giving that information. There was no disclosure before taking the money that would be required. I've already paid and the work has been done and the company has my money. The website won't even let me contact customer support without providing this confidential information. Freelancer needs to release the money to the artist that did the job and earned the money.
