This company does not care about you

This company does not care about customer service at all. They changed our flight by 12 hours and told us it is their policy if changed by over 4 hours it is a full refund. Well, we have submitted paperwork 4 times and no response. When I say no response, they don't even say no, just.....nothing. When we call again they tell us to submit again. Awful. They have our money and don't care. You have been warned.
