Billing is a nightmare

Since July they have increased the prices by 200%.
Since July the App bill and the email bill have been wildly different prices to pay. Was just told to use the app bill amount owing to pay by the emails bills due date which were both weeks apart/different.
SO if one is wrong then you get slugged the late fee over $100. Used to be the email matched bill matched the app bill But they can't get them both to align. Simply energy have changed their billing systems and now the customer is paying for what is a complete mess.
