Worst experience trying to get

Worst experience trying to get an exchange of meter after my solar panels been installed. Received an email on 23rd September 2022 saying that they will give me an update within next 3 business days.
Never heard from them. Upon calling after a week or so and continuously calling every other day. Now they are saying it will done on 20th October. My whole month of installing the solar panel went for a waste.
Normally any energy provider takes 10-14 business days to change the meter to assist solar usage. But simply energy is having the worst possible response.
I'm doubtful to continue if the meter installation is going to happen on 20th or on a later date.
