I would not rate Simply energy

I would not rate Simply energy very well at all. I am entitled to a refund after keeping my accounts in credit for years. My refund still has not been refunded to me and was paid to someone elses' account. I am appalled that I have not received any contact as to when I will receive my refund. Would not reccomend Simply energy to anyone.
