Poor follow up

Have meant to be moved to a VPP plan. Have been trying to communicate and raised cases with Simply Energy to get no reply emails.
I don't wish to talk over the phone as it ends up talking 1 hour by the time you get put on hold, transferred incorrectly, escalate to a senior manager.
