A Sr tech said she would call back

A Sr tech said she would call back and never did. I called VZ, and I was on hold for over an hour, was disconnected, tried back several times and was not connected to a sr. Tech. Talked to level 1 who could not help. Requested a supervisor on hold again over an hour, then told no one was available, and I’d get a cb, no one called back. My calls keep dropping and there is no resolution.
