Wireless Wi-Fi is useless period router

Wireless Wi-Fi is useless! router goes out at least three times a day, their app doesn't work so you can't even check what's going on. you have to call customer service and they just tell you to reset your username and password over and over and over again do not use them. They read from a playbook so every agent repeats the same thing
