very bad experience with them

very bad experience with them, I ordered a sandal on Valentino website on December 28th, they charged my credit right away and I received an email that has been shipped on December29th and I didn't get anything yet. We are now at January 11th, I sent many emails and called the customer service no respond only processing, very very bad customer service, for sure last time with them, the other brands are much better
