I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered now for 5 days. Absolutely shocking. I cannot get hold of anyone regarding this matter. Watsapp is automated response, so what is the point???? When I track the parcel it's on the delivery vehicle, but goes back to the bay at night. If you have too many deliveries, why not employ extra staff to help. Wont use Fastway again.
