Wish we have 0 star. I was using BOA credit card since 1993 and today(12/22) I canceled the card. Microsoft wrongly charge me $105.99 and I dispute that in October 22 and today BOA came to me & stated that they don't find enough evidence to claim my charge is valid. So I paid $105.99 via Wells Fargo bill pay and canceled my BOA card. The service was really bad, the person over the phone is horrible. It is just BAD service. I should have done that years ago, only regret.
