i was charged for £12 for credit

i was charged for £12 for credit overdraft twice within 2 weeks, despite calling them several times asking for help with online banking, as whenever i am trying to pay off my credit card i get an error message saying that this service is unavailable i should try later. customer service telling me that i should call back on monday, the team dealing with this is only working on monday. extremly poor service, taking my business elsewhere
