Awful experience trying to contact

Awful experience trying to contact their customer service. Spend a long time on phone, which is not a free number, going through their security. From some of the phrases they keep repeating they have already made up their mind to reject some bank transfer before the call even started. Even if the transfer is between 2 of your own accounts they still want you to contact the recipient to confirm the receiving account details.
