Left me without access to my money

Left me without access to my money for payments in New York felt stranded called them three times to unblock card but each time it was not done and card refused got back to UK card still blocked tried to close account but was refused. They are the worst bank I have ever encountered and that is saying something have been deliberately cut off from phone calls by them a nightmare stay away from this company it is a con
