Do not buy from Gucci, they take your money and dont deliver your item! Extremely poor customer service.

I placed an order for an item online on the 23rd December 2022 from Gucci. Gucci used dhl to deliver my parcel, they did not deliver to my property address. DHL delivered to another location without my permission. After waiting over 3 weeks Gucci said they will not redeliver and its my loss, they will not refund. So now I am without my item and no refund. Customer services are very unhelpful. Im very unhappy.
