Awful, ordered a bracelet for my 21st birthday off my parents. It was too big so exchanged for a smaller size. They then refused to refund me as stated I had scratched the bracelet. When it was returned to me they had sent me a different used and second hand bracelet. With dirt and scratches all over it. They are refusing to give me a refund and saying that this is my bracelet when it is not. Cost me around £300, absolutely livid.
