Shipment is late with no tracking

Shipment is late with no tracking. Called and asked if it was shipped yet, they couldn't tell me.
I'm going to wait it out yet and will update this, but I'm really not hopeful at this point.
Update: They sent me a tracking number now. Says label is created, waiting to receive package. Was supposed to be here 2 days ago. No apology or explanation.
