On the phone for 50 minutes for them going to the wrong address

On the phone for 50 minutes. They went to the wrong house and refused to come back for the delivery. This was the second time the delivery was rescheduled. And then putting me on hold for 50 minutes and counting. Terrible experience and definitely would recommend to AVOID them.
