Terrible Courier Company

Ordered a product from Florida. I’m in UK, been tracking for 3 weeks, they had received the parcel in the U.S on 15th January then no further updates since then. The tracking number couldn’t be found as of two days ago. Wrote to them via email, never heard back. They lost the parcel. This company should never be used or trusted. They don’t care about their customers
