Delivered to wrong address

Delivered to wrong address, accepted signature from random individual, whose name is not on the package. Took photo on counter in random person’s home. Company contacted by the person to pick up and deliver to the correct address, but they never made an attempt to retrieve package. Was finally hand delivered to us by the person at wrong address. No contact from company regarding this matter until I called to complain.
